James is the Director of Sales at Whites. He has over 20 years of experience in estate agency and has led a very successful, professional and happy sales team for the last 10 years.

He studied Estate Management at The Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester. He subsequently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and livestock auctioneer. This background has enabled him to offer to his clients an in depth knowledge of property and land both in a city, rural and commercial environment.

James maintains a strong work ethic and is driven to remain at the forefront of his field which he balances with a belief in the traditional values of customer care providing his clients with straight forward professional advice.

When otherwise not engaged at work he can be found supporting his two daughters love of lacrosse ,walking the families over excitable dog, playing squash, tennis, golf or touch rugby and is a closet Percy Thrower.

Matthew has a wealth of experience in estate agency having been in the business for 20 years. He has lived in Salisbury since childhood which has given him a broad and interesting knowledge of the local area. He has worked in both a corporate and independent environment which provides him with expertise in many aspects of the industry.

He is a people person and has an approachable manner which enables clients to feel relaxed and secure in the knowledge that their property sale will be managed successfully at a high standard.

Matthew is a keen follower of most sports with a particular (or peculiar) interest in Southampton F.C. who he travels great distances to watch to ensure his vital support leads the team to victory.

Suzanne is Whites secret star performer. A bubbly, blond combined with the ultimate in professionalism. She conducts viewings, meets clients and keeps everyone regularly informed of feedback from those meetings. She provides the best that the industry can offer in viewing technique and customer care. Away from work she spends time supporting her two grown up girls through university, renovating her home and still finds time to explore new countryside with her Labrador.

Becky coordinates the day to day running of the Sales Department. Having been born in the area she also has a great knowledge of Salisbury and The New Forest. Every high achieving smooth running sales office requires a 'Becky'. She has been with Whites for 10 years and provides vital support for the office, clients and buyers. She truly puts the smile into customer service.

When she does get home she enjoys family life with her husband and two young girls, they love walks on the beach and bike rides across The New Forest.

Sandie has worked in all aspects of estate agency for 23 years and has devoted 15 of these to Whites. Sandie has great organizational skills, is a whiz on the computer and communicates well with all our clients and buyers. She loves dealing with people from all walks of life and enjoys the buzz provided by our busy office where no two days are the same.

On her days off Sandie keeps herself fit and has run her first couple of 10k's in Bournemouth and the more challenging terrain of Salisbury Plain.

I qualified as a chartered surveyor and joined the company in 1993 with a focus on building up the Letting & Management department. It has grown successfully/organically over the years and we have become a recognised force locally with a large portfolio of properties ranging from large county houses to small flats in the town centre - residential property has always been of professional interest and we cover them all! I head a busy and thriving department and over the years we have encountered just about every possible scenario that could occur with people and their houses - and it has had its moments! Experience and enthusiasm is the key and if we can maintain positive feedback from both Landlords and Tenants, we know we have the right approach. Outside work, my family is my focus - I have been married to Jo for 16 years, we have 3 children still at school and live in a village west of Salisbury. Together we enjoy an outdoor life in the countryside with lots of pets and keep a small boat for the fishing trips and exploring the Cornish coast in the summer

Martin joined Whites in 2013 after gaining experience locally in Property Management.  Having been to school in Salisbury, Martin has excellent local knowledge.  He finds the role of Property Manager interesting as it provides fresh challenges on a daily basis.  He enjoys being part of a lively team who put customer service at the top of their agenda.

When Martin isn’t at Whites he can be found exploring the wilds of Texas or backpacking his way around any unchartered territory.  He enjoys keeping fit and has been known to wallow in the mud on a Tough Mudder competition or two!

Zoe is one of our newest recruits.  We were delighted when she agreed to join Whites in 2015 with a strong background in Customer Service.  Zoe has a bubbly personality which combined with her desire to provide an excellent service for our clients means she is a great asset to any team.

In her spare time Zoe can be found pounding the treadmill or pushing weights.  She has a creative nature which she shows in her passion for photography and fashion.

Mark has years of experience in property maintenance which gives him a unique understanding of property issues. Mark joined the team in January 2015.  He has a specialist knowledge of buildings which helps to provide swift identification of specific problems.  Mark has a personable nature which ensures good communication between client, builders and tenants.

Out of the office Mark is a self-declared family man. He enjoys long country walks with his gorgeous wife.  When he has the time a good game of rugby cant’ be missed.

Glenda is the longest serving member of our team who has been with Whites for nearly 30 years. As our Office Admin Manager Glenda ensures that the day to day running of Lettings is a smooth operation.  Having worked in both the Sales and Lettings departments Glenda fully understands the processes and requirements.   She is indeed our resident superhero and team player, always ready to ensure the successful running of the office.

In her spare time Glenda enjoys keeping fit with a bit of Zumba and is also a member of the air rifle target club which she was voted most improved shooter of the region 2014 – no wonder she is able to keep the office in line.

Every business needs an Anna, she is the power house behind our highly efficient accounts system.  Anna breaks the accountant mould as she has a down to earth, understanding approach which has enabled the establishment of excellent customer relations with both tenants and landlords.  She is a team player with an eye to how a good system should work.

Anna admits that her greatest achievement is being a Mum and now a Grannie!  Her spare time is fully occupied by her family and her lovely grand-daughter.

June joined Whites in 2010 having given up a life in Spain, where the Sangria and Paella proved no competition for a Sunday roast back in the UK.  June works part time as our Sales and Lettings Administrator.  She is a people person with a very cheery disposition. Amongst her many responsibilities she organises viewings for clients and produces a lovely set of Property Brochures for our Sales team.

At home June enjoys socialising with her friends, brisk walks across the forest followed by a relaxed night out.  She can otherwise be found enjoying a trip to London to visit her daughter.
