Marcus joined the Whites family business in 1993.  His specific interest was in developing the Lettings and Management portfolio.  He has successfully guided the business over the years and Whites has evolved to be recognised as a market leader in Salisbury.  He now manages a busy and thriving residential portfolio of properties ranging from large country houses, in the surrounding area, family homes to smaller flats in the town centre.

Marcus believes that experience combined with enthusiasm are the key to providing a successful business - with the positive feedback from both longstanding landlords and tenants he feels this approach is effective at providing a professional and excellent customer service.

Outside of work, Marcus is family focused; happily married for over 16 years to Jo, they have three children and numerous pets to keep them busy.  They all love an outdoor life around their village home, west of Salisbury and they like nothing better in the summer than to potter around in their small boat enjoying fishing trips and exploring the Cornish coastline.

Rupert is one of our newest team members.  He brings with him a wealth of experience within the property market, having begun his career in Estate Agency in 1988.  During this time Rupert has gained an in depth understanding of both sales and lettings, this global approach to the property market makes him a valuable additional asset to the team.  Rupert is a 'people person' who is customer service driven.  This combined with his professional approach to the industry, ensures that we can continue to offer an excellent standard to our clients.

Rupert is a family man, married to Julie they have two sons Harry and Tom who both play football for local teams.  When not supporting them on the touchline, Rupert enjoys playing tennis.

Mark has years of experience in property maintenance which gives him a unique understanding of property issues. Mark joined the team in January 2015.  He has a specialist knowledge of buildings which helps to provide swift identification of specific problems.  Mark has a personable nature which ensures good communication between client, builders and tenants.

Out of the office Mark is a self-declared family man. He enjoys long country walks with his gorgeous wife.  When he has the time a good game of rugby can't be missed.

Every business needs an Anna, she is the power house behind our highly efficient accounts system.  Anna breaks the accountant mould as she has a down to earth, understanding approach which has enabled the establishment of excellent customer relations with both tenants and landlords.  She is a team player with an eye to how a good system should work.

Anna admits that her greatest achievement is being a Mum and now a Grannie!  Her spare time is fully occupied by her family and her two lovely grand-daughters and grandson.

Glenda is the longest serving member of our team who has been with Whites for nearly 30 years. As our Office Admin Manager Glenda ensures that the day to day running of Lettings is a smooth operation.  Having worked in both the Sales and Lettings departments Glenda fully understands the processes and requirements.   She is indeed our resident superhero and team player, always ready to ensure the successful running of the office.

In her spare time Glenda enjoys looking after her lovely new granddaughter and keeping fit with a bit of Zumba.  She is also a member of the air rifle target club which she was voted most improved shooter of the region 2014 – no wonder she is able to keep the office in line.

Having spent the majority of his career working for the civil service in London, Jeremy was keen to relocate to be near his family in Salisbury and to find a new challenge in his working life.  With his valuable experience in customer service and his outstanding organisational skills an ideal opportunity came up for Jeremy to manage our inventories department in 2016.  He thoroughly enjoys the variety that this role entails both in terms of ensuring efficient systems management combined with providing an excellent customer interface with tenants, landlords and working with all our trade providers.  He also cuts a fashionable dash in the office.

In his spare time Jeremy is an avid football fan supporting Southampton FC (another good reason to return to his roots).   He is a keen runner and cyclist, especially after eating too many cream crackers - his favourite office snack!

Carolyn joined the accounts department in 2012 and can still be found assisting Anna with the Client Account on a monthly basis.  More recently the emphasis on Carolyn's role has been to concentrate on the marketing management of Whites.  With her background in buying and merchandising this type of environment plays to her creative strengths.

In her spare time Carolyn revels in the challenge of managing her three children - two girls and one husband.  She would love to have more time to read, write and cook but the rest of her life is taken up with her naughty new dog.

June joined Whites in 2010 having given up a life in Spain, where the Sangria and Paella proved no competition for a Sunday roast back in the UK.  June works part time as our Sales and Lettings Administrator.  She is a people person with a very cheery disposition. Amongst her many responsibilities she organises viewings for clients and produces a lovely set of Property Brochures for our Sales team.

At home June enjoys socialising with her friends, brisk walks across the forest followed by a relaxed night out.  She can otherwise be found enjoying a trip to London to visit her daughter.
