Full building inspections are usually only required on unusual, dilapidated or extensively altered properties or those over 100 years old. Prices start from £500 inc VAT.

RICS Homebuyer Survey and Valuation Reports

This is provided in the standard RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) format and is an economy service designed for relatively modern properties of conventional construction and those appearing to be in a reasonable condition. Prices start from £225.
