Mark works as Maintenance Manager for Whites. He joined us from Bassets in Salisbury where he was from 2018- 2023. Prior to this, he gained a considerable wealth of experience working in Maintenance roles, including for the Salisbury District Hospital Estates Department.
He brings to Whites a lifetime experience of understanding maintenance issues, having worked across most building trades. This included working on Salisbury Cathedral’s Spire Project.
Outside work Mark is a family man who loves spending time with his kids, grandchildren, and three cats. He also enjoys football and is a supporter of Liverpool FC.
Magnus came to Whites having studied for a three-year BSc Hons degree in real estate at Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester. He has also worked in construction and photography.
Magnus grew up in Salisbury and attended school locally at Leehurst Swan School.
Outside work, Magnus is passionate about sailing and photography and occasionally likes to play squash.
Samantha works in Whites's thriving Letting team in Salisbury as a Property Manager.
She has over fifteen years’ experience within the Salisbury estate agent industry, her most recent role was as Office Manager, where she had to manage all aspects of the office including booking valuations, negotiating offers, plus liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals.
Outside work, Samantha is an Assistant Scout Leader with Bourne Valley Scouts and also plays the Tenor drum with St Andrews Pipe Band in Hamble-Le-Rice, Hampshire.
