MORTGAGE RATES ARE COMING DOWN

The news that Mortgage RATES ARE COMING DOWN is GREAT NEWS for house buyers as lenders are offering new variable rate mortgages for as little as 3.39 percent and fixed rate mortgages are also coming down.  Tracker mortgages have surged in popularity as RATES have FALLEN making some almost half as cheap than the current average two-year fixed deal of 6.21 per cent. Tracker mortgage rates rise and fall along the Bank's baseline .

You may think you know where you stand with a fixed term mortgage BUT a TRACKER MORTGAGE may be the best bet in the current climate.
